Returns Policy
We want you to love your maela&me jewellery.
If your item develops a manufacturing fault within 12 months of purchase, please contact us with your proof of purchase and clear photos. Once assessed, we’ll provide an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. Our 12-month quality promise does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, loss, scratches, improper care or natural changes to the finish over time.
